Gluten Free Chicken & Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 2 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cupEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 largePastariso Organic Brown Rice Lasagna Noodles Gluten Free, 12 ozSpinach, frozen, 0.5 cupCheese - Kraft Mozzarella Shredded, 1 cupSpaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 3 cup Chicken - Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, 12 oz
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix together the egg, ricotta, and parmesan cheese.
3. Pour some of the sauce into the pan.
4. Place a layer of lasagna noodles in the pan.
5. Spread half of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles.
6. Place on a layer of grilled chicken, spinach, & mozzarella.
7. Repeat steps 3-7, ending with a layer of lasagna noodles and sauce on top.
8. Place aluminum foil over the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
9. Remove the foil and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
10. Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
