Salmon Patties - MBs

Ingredients
3 cans Salmon, Kirkland brand3 large eggs1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill - Organic Ground Flax meal4 TBSP dehydrated onion flakes1-2 TBSP Dill weed, dried1 tsp Garlic powder1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk1/2-1 tsp sea saltCoconut oil to fry in or bake in oven at 375 degress
Directions
Mix everything together and fry in a little bit of oil...or bake in 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until crisp.

Homemade tartar sauce goes wonderfully with these.
