Caramelised Apple & Pears cake

2Apples2 pears50 g of brown sugar20 g of butter300 g of light sour cream or cream cheese (or if Y R in France: fromage blanc of 3.2%)3 eggs100 ml of baking splenda
Put peeled and cut aplles and pears into a cooking dish, add 25 g sugar and thin slices of butter -> put all this into an oven of 225°C for 15 min to caramelise.
Meanwhile mix eggs, 25 of brown sugar and fromage blanc /or sour cream/ or light cream cheese with baking splenda and flour.
When pears and apples are caramelised put the mixture on them and continue cookin them in the oven for 30 min (U may need to lower the temprature till 200°C if the top becomes brown too fast)
