Beef & Vegetable Stir Fry Rice

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 cup cooked brown rice1 cup chopped red bell pepper1 cup chopped onion1-2 cups chopped broccoli (slightly steamed)1-2 cups chopped cabbage1 pound cooked left over beef such top sirloin or tri tip, sliced into bite size pieces1-2 tbsp soy sauce or Bragg's Liquid Aminos1/2 cup chicken broth approx. 2 tsp splenda
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet. Saute onions and bell pepper till softened. Add steamed broccoli and cabbage. Saute some more. Add cooked rice and cooked meat. Add soy sauce, broth and splenda. Salt and pepper to taste.
