Southwest Chicken (Crock Pot)

1 lb chicken breast (can still be frozen & whole)1 can kidney beans, drained1 can black beans, drained1 can no salt added diced tomatoes, undrained1 cup low sodium chicken broth1 cup salsa1 tsp chili powder1 tsp cilantro1 tsp garlic powder1 cup brown minute rice
Add all ingredients except rice in crock pot. Cook on low 8hrs. After 8hrs stir to break up chicken breast. Add rice, cover let cook additional 5 min. Serve topped with sour cream & shredded cheese, if desired.
Makes 9 -1 cup servings
**note**
If using thawed chicken or diced chicken, reduce cooking time to 5hrs. I put mine in whole & frozen so it's just right when I get home from work.
