Salsa Dip with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
4 oz. Plain Yogurt2 tbsp. Light Cream Cheese1 tsp. Lemon Juice1/2 tsp. Tex Mex Seasoning1 cup salsa1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup chopped green pepper2 roma tomatoes (diced)Serve with Nacho chips if desired (not included in nutritional info)
Directions
Combine Greek Yogurt and Cream Cheese in a Bowl, blend well with hand blender. Add lemon juice and Seasoning, blend well.

Spread mixture in bottom of serving dish. Cover with Salsa, then sprinkle with Grated Cheese. Can be served as is, or add diced green pepper and tomatoes.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.

Serve with Baked Nacho Chips (not included in Nutritional info)
