Peanut-Miso dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted, roasted peanuts2 tbsp miso1 tbsp apple cider vinegar1/4 cup waterchile powder to taste
Directions
Combine peanuts, miso, and vinegar in a blender. Blend on high speed adding enough water so that it all comes together (depends a bit on your blender). Add chile powder for a little extra heat.
