Tomato Basil Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken, 4 oz *Kumato Tomato - 1 Tomato, 2 serving, chopped *Trader Joe's Grated Parmigiano Reggiano (5g), .5 tbsp (*Kerrygold (Pure Irish Butter), 1 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspBasil... to taste. I use a lot. Slice into strandsOregano Salt and pepper1 clove garlic, chopped
Directions
Heat olive oil over medium high heat. Sprinkle each chicken tender with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add to oil when hot.

Cook tenders approximately 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Add tomatoes, basil, garlic, and butter. Cook an additional 4 minutes. Serve with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

Serving Size: I ate this in one... but with a side dish it would be two
