Creamed tuna

Ingredients
1 can of tuna2 tbsp butter2 tbsp flour1 c milk
Directions
melt butter
make a roux (stir in flour and cook until lightly brown over med-low heat)
mix tuna into the roux
slowly pour in milk stirring constantly to prevent lumps
add salt and pepper to taste - simmer and serve over toast

Serving Size: makes up to 8 servings ( a heaping tablespoon per slice of toast)
