Ingredients
2 lbs 90% lean ground Beef1 Large ripe tomato1 can diced tomatoes with green chili1 Habanaro (optional)Black Pepper, to tasteSalt, to tasteChili Powder, to tasteCumin, to tasteBrown Sugar, 6 tsp1 can Red Kidney Beans1 Can White Kidney Beans1 shot Kentucky Bourbon
Directions
brown hamburger, add onion and chili, and cook until tendermove to slow cooker on low, and add the rest of the ingredients minus the bourbon. Simmer on low for 4-6 hours adding the bourbon in the last hour.
