Carrot Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine1 cup brown sugar2 eggs10 oz applesauce1 cup all-purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp soda1.5 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1.5 cups shredded carrots3/4 cup raisins
Directions
Stir together soft margarine and brown sugar. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly. Add applesauce and stir to blend. In a large bowl, place the flours, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir to blend, add dry ingredients to wet and combine. Add raisins and carrots combine. Bake for 20 minutes in a 375 degree oven
