Mix 1 pound ground deer meat, 2 eggs, 1/2 Cup milk and 1/4 Cup of Italian bread crumbs in a large bowl. You may add a tablespoon more of breadcrumbs, but you want this very wet. Deer meat dries out quickly. Spray cupcake pan with cooking spray. Fill cupcake cup to top, but do not fill over. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (I add ketchup to my sons meatloaf and cook 3 minutes more.)
Bake at 350F. for 30 minutes
