Chicken Salad with black beans

SALAD1 Cup of chopped chicken roasted thighs and legs1/2 cup craisins1 can of black beans1 chopped red onionDRESSING1/2 cup olive oil1/4 cup red wine vinegar3 Tbl spoon Dijon mustard1 Tbl spoon chopped chives
Directions
Blend dressing and pour over salad. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce or fresh spinach
