Ingredients
lean ground beef - 1/2 lb1 small onion chopped - 1/2 Ccooked black beans - 1CTaco Seasoning - 1 pkt (1 oz)chopped fresh tomato- 1CKraft mexican shredded cheese blend- 1/2 Cfresh baby spinich- 1C4 Whole Wheat Tortillas - medium
Directions
Lightly spray a skillet with olive oil. Add chopped onion and cook on low heat until transparent. Add ground beef and cook until well browned. Add Beans, 1/2 of the salsa and the taco seasoning and cook over low heat for an additional 5 minutes.

On each tortilla place 1/4 each of the beef/bean mixture, cheese, spinich, tomato, and remaining salsa.

Serving Size: Makes four Tacos
