Ingredients
26 oz boneless skinless chicken breast2 stalks of celery5 oz of baby carrots1/2 cup of red onion1 tsp of garlic clove pressed10 oz of Anne's dumplings (sold in NC)12 cups of tap water8 oz white potato4 oz grape tomato4 oz sweet peppers2 tbs butter salted4 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless8 oz stew beefseason to taste with hot sauce, soy, & worcestershire
Directions
brown chopped stew beef in soup pot, then add water cook breast for 30 minutes on low boil then add other ingredients except dumplings and cook 30 more minutes. Remove breasts and shred with forks. Add chicken back into pot and add dumplings for 15 minutes, then serve when dumplings are tender. Take care to stir dumplings in as they will stick together. Salt and pepper to taste.
