Leftover Pork Butt Casserole

Ingredients
leftover pork roast, cubed1/2 box of farfelle pasta, boiled1 cup mayo1 cup light sour cream1 cup shredded mac and cheese blend1 can healthy cream of chicken1 egg1/4 cup diced onionsalt and pepper to taste1/4 cup oyster crackers1 tsp canola oil
Directions
1.Mix first 9 ingredients together and put into a 9x9 baking pan lightly sprayed.
2.Crush oyster crackers and mix with oil, top casserole.
2.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
