easy cabbage supper

Ingredients
1.5-2 lbs ground beef1 tbsp olive oil1 large onion chopped1 clove garlic , minced1 small cabbage, chopped2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes1 can tomato sauce1/2 cup water1 tsp ground black pepper1 tsp sea salt
Directions
In large skillet heat oil over med heat. Add beef and onion and cook until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
Add the chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
