Krispy Oat Protein Bars

Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal, 3 cup Oatmeal (plain), 1 cup dry Almonds, 1/3 cup, ground Visalus shake mix, 1 serving (optional) Raw Peanut Butter, 1 cup Honey, .5 cup Butter, salted, 3 tbsp Organic Coconut Palm Sugar, 1/4 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir together remaining ingredients in smaller bowl. Microwave for 30 second increments until ingredients are a creamy consistency. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until all are mixed together. Press into 9X11 glass baking dish. Place in freezer for 45 minutes. Remove and let sit until easy to cut through. I keep these bars in the refrigerator for a great grab and go snack or an evening treat.
