1 T Flax seed1/2 T chia seed1 banana1 C Orange juice (unsweetened)1 C whole strawberries1/2 C blueberries1/2 C raspberries1/2 C blackberries1 C red grapes1 C raw kale1 C raw spinach3-4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into blender. Blend on speed 10 for 1 minute. (A vitamix blender pulverizes all the seeds.)
