Noodle-less Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Ingredients
1lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked2-3 stalks of fresh broccolican also substitute a bag of frozen broccoli1/4 cup butter1 cup heavy cream1 clove garlic, crushed1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley“I have found that Parmesan cheese doesn't melt well, and often substitute Gruyere cheese."
Directions
1.Cook chicken and cut into cubes
2.Steam broccoli until desired tenderness is reached.
3.Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.
4.Toss chicken and broccoli in Alfredo sauce and serve.
