Liz's Healthier Egg Salad

Ingredients
4 whole, large eggs1.5 to 2 TB of Light Mayo2 tsp of Yellow Mustard1 tsp of paprika
Directions
1. Hard boil four eggs.
2. Crack and peel the eggs and chop them.
3. Take the mayo, mustard, paprika and mix it thoroughly in with the eggs.
4. Season with other things or add more mayo/mustard if you need it.
