Macaroni Salad with Tuna

Ingredients
2 cups Sea Shells, cooked and drained1/4 cup Celery, chopped1/4 Cup Mayo2 tsp. Sugar2 tsp. Vinegar1/2 tsp. salt, to taste1/2 tsp. Mustard1 can of Tuna2 large boiled egg
Directions
Cooked and drained shells. Put into a bowl. Chopped onion, celery and egg , add to shells
In a another bowl mix Mayo, Sugar, Vinegar, Mustard and salt together and pour over the shells. May add more salt or mayo to taste.
Makes 4 - 1/2 cup servings.

    I make mine close to this. I use elbow mac., peas, tuna,onion & mayo. Salt & peer to taste and eggs sliced on top. Love it! ( I nevered tried the vinegar, mustand or celery.) - 3/27/08
