Healthy Breakfast Special

Ingredients
1 egg2 slices of turkey bacon1/4 cup raw spinach1 Whole Wheat Thin Round1 tablespoon pico de gallo
Directions
Crack 1 egg into microwavable bowl.
Scramble egg with whisk or fork.
Microwave egg on high for 1 minute.
Place 2 slices of turkey bacon in between a paper towel.
Microwave bacon on high for 1 minute.
Place thin round bread on plate open faced.
Place 1/4 cup spinach on one side of the bread.
Use a spoon to scoop egg out of bowl and onto other side of the bread.
Add 2 slices of cooked bacon onto bread.
Places open-faced sandwich in toaster oven to desired toasting heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of pico de gallo once sandwich has been taken out of toaster oven.
Let cool for 2 minutes.
Close the sandwich and ENJOY!
