EZ-Pockets Pizza

Ingredients
1 frozen pizza crust, thawed & rolled thin3 sl bacon, cooked and crumbled1/2 bell pepper, chopped1/2 smokie cheese sausage, sliced1/2 C pizza sauce1/2 yellow onion, chopped6 md mushrooms, chopped1/2 C mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
Divide pizza dough in half. Roll out thin. Place on half over ez-pocket pan.
Microwave bacon until crisp. When cool, break up and sprinkle in pockets on top of pizza dough. being areful to leave raise seam clear of stuffings.
Slice smokie and distribute evenly in 4 pockets.
Saute onion, pepper an onion in pan. Spead in pockets.
Pour pizza sauce evenly over all.
Distribute mozzarella evenly in all pockets.
Check to be sure raise seam section between pockets is still clear. Top with second layer of pizza dough. Press down to seal pockets.
Bake in 375F oven for 30 min.
Let cool. Cut into slices.
