1/2 pound Red Potatoes washed and quartered (Aprox. 6 small potatoes)1 tsp. Garlic Powder1 tsp Fresh Ground Black pepper1 tbsp Dried Parsley1 Dash Sea Salt1 tsp. Olive OilZiploc Microwave Steamer Bag
Combine all ingredients in ziploc steamer bag. Gently shake to coat. Microwave for 8 minutes or according to your particular steamer bag's instructions. Allow to sit for two minutes. Open bag carefully as product will be hot. Divide into 4 servings.
