Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 cube bouillion- 1 medium head cauliflower- 2 TBSP grated parmesan- Salt and pepper, to taste.
Directions
- Dissolve your bouillion cube first.

- Chop your cauliflower head into bits, and steam for about 15 minutes (until soft).

- Drain and put into a food processor, with 1/4 cup of the bouillion. Process until a smooth consistency.

- Add cheese, salt, and pepper, and process some more until creamy like mashed potatoes.

- Enjoy!
