One Pot Cabbage Potatoes and Beans

1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Large Onion chopped8 Cups Shredded Cabbage1 1/2 tsp carraway seeds1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 can white beans rinsed and drained 15 oz can1 pound white potatoes peeled and chopped(i personally did not peel)1/2 cup water
Heat the oil in a large nonstick saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring frequently until softened about 3 minutes. Add the cabbage and cook stirring frequently until wilted about 4 minutes.
Add the thyme, caraway seeds, salt and pepper, cook stirring constantly, just until fragrant about 30 seconds. Stir in the beans, potatoes and water bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and cook covered stirring occasionally until the potatoes are tender, about 40 min.
