Ingredients
2 cups cooked quinoa (drained)1t. ground chia seed1t. ground flax seed2T.sliced almonds1/2 cup any kind milk2 dashes saltsweeten as desired, i use honey or molassescinnamon, if desired
Directions
Mix all together and heat.
