Citrus Vinagrette

Ingredients
Juice of 1 orangeZest of 1 orangeJuice of 2 lemons3 Tbsp olive oilSalt to tasteYES IT IS THAT EASY!
Directions
1. Zest the orange
2. Cut orange in half and juice it
3. Juice the lemons
4. Add the olive oil and a dash of salt
5. Whisk vigerously

Serve immediately over my Raw Beet and Fennel Salad or save in fridge and reshake before dressing.
