Tomatoless Ketchup

1 cup diced, overcooked carrots1/3 cup diced, overcooked beets1/4 cup water1/4 cup lemon juice1 tablespoon brown sugar (or to taste, you may need more or less depending on the beets and carrots)1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powderpinch basilpinch oregano
Directions
Puree until very smooth, adding a little water if necessary.
