Ingredients:*Clove of Garlic, 8 serving Ginger Root, 2 slices (1" dia) Lemon juice, 4 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 10 tsp *Coriander Leaves, Fresh, 6 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted, .5 cup *Salt, Sifto Table Salt, 2.0 tsp *Cumin seed, 1.5 tsp *Green chilly / Mirchi, 6 gram(s)
Directions
In a bleander/mixter add all the ingrediants and blend it till it becomes a smooth paste.
It makes 750 grams of this mixture to be served with all kinds of snacks.


Serving Size: Chutney to serve with snack 1 bowl 10 oz.
