One Bowl Apple Bread

Ingredients
2 eggs1 cup Truvia Baking Blend3 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 cup canola oil8 apples, peeled and slice as for apple pie2 cups whole wheat flour2 tsp baking soda1/2 cup chopped walnuts - optionalPut first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir. Add the last 3 ingredients and stir well. If it seems dry, just keep stirring. It will come around. Place in a sprayed 9 X 12 pan. Make sure it is even in pan as dough is pretty thick. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 55 minutes.
Directions
Bake for 55 minutes, testing for doneness towards the end.
