Ingredients
3 cans black beans .5 bell pepper1 onion 1 cup spinach 2 large carrots Fresh minced garlic3 egg whites.5 cup oats Hot sauce (as much as you'd like) Dash garlic powder Dash onion powderDash saltDash pepperPam
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees , Chop all veggies , food process everything , spray cookie sheet with Pam , form about 1/4 cup patties . Cook 20 minutes then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
