Chicken enchiladas with green chile sauce

1 Chicken Breast, no skin, bone and skin removed 1 small pkg GV Fiesta Cheese12 La Banderita Flour Tortillas 2 cans Old El Paso Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
Brown chicken in non-stick skillet. Pull apart when done. Pour part of sauce into bottom of baking pan, about 1/4 c. Pour rest into bowl.
Dip tortillas into sauce and then put on cutting board, put some chicken into middle, sprinkle with cheese, wrap up. Put seam down into pan, continue with rest of tortillas. When all are in pan pour last of sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 mins.
Makes 12 tortillas, two tortillas per serving
