home made cheese pizza

Ingredients
1 1/4 ounce packet bakers yeast1 cup water (105 to 115 degrees F)Flour, white, 3 cupExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspGranulated Sugar, 1 tspMorton Table Salt, 0.5 tsptomato puree 1/4 cupPepper, black, 1 dash Oregano, 1 tsp Kosher Salt - Morton, 0.25 tspGarlic powder, Penzey granulated, 0.25 tsp Romano Cheese, .2 oz mozzarella part-skim 1.5 cup
Directions
Pizza Crust Dough
combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl.
add water and oil
Beat on high or knead with hands for 3 minutes
add any extra flour needed to form a soft dough ball
knead another 8 to 10 minutes
place in lightly greased bowl and cover bowl with damp towel
keep in warm place for about 45 minutes or intil dough about doubles
punch down dough
roll dough into 16" circle
let rest while you get your other ingredients together
spread a little olive oil on the pizza crust

Build pizza
sprinkle with garlic powder
add sauce (seasoned to taste)
add Romano cheese
add mozzarella cheese
add any extra topping you want
sprinkle corn meal on a lightly greased baking sheet
transfer pizza to baking sheet
place in 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes
