Low-Fat 30 Minute Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
1 full boneless skinless chicken breast; cut to 3-4 pieces2 cans Italian style stewed tomatoes3/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp rosemary1/4 tsp sweet basil1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Bake chicken in 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. In a saucepan, mix tomatoes and spices; bring to boil over medium-high heat. Add cornstarch and simmer for 5 minutes more.

Pour over chicken; top with parmesan and bake 5 minutes more.

Great served with corn, low fat garlic bread or rice, and green salad.
