Fiberlicous Granola Bars

2 C old-fashioned rolled oats1/2 C wheat germ2 C Nature's Path Organic Smart Bran cereal1/2 C nonfat dry milk powder1 t cinnamonPinch of salt2 T canola oil4 egg whites3 T honey3 T maple syrup1/4 C mini chocolate chips1/2 C golden raisins1/2 C sunflower seeds1/4 C ground flax seed
* Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 9-by-13-inch pan with aluminum foil. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well, using hands if necessary, and be sure all ingredients are evenly moist. Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan using hands moistened with water.
* Bake 18-22 minutes or until nicely browned. Place on rack to cool. While pan is still warm, carefully cut into small bars (6x4).
* Store in a sealed container for up to a week or place in plastic freezer bags and freeze.
* Makes 24 bars.
