Strawberry layer cake

Cake 12 Eggs~6 each cake2 Cups Sugar~1 C Each 2 Cups flour~1 C EachFillingStrawberriesIcing/Filling2 C Heavy Whipping Cream3/4 C confectioners sugar2 8oz pckg Cream Cheese
350 degrees
line 13x 9 with parchment paper
Bake cake layers separately
Whisk 6 eggs and 1 C sugar on high for 12 minutes until 3 times in volume
use spatula to gently fold in 1 C whole wheat Flour
Transfer to lined pan bake 17-20min until top is golden and toothpick comes out clean
While first layer is baking start making second layer
Remove from pan let cool at room temp
Strawberry filling~ pulse strawberries until consistency of chunky applesauce
Icing/Filling
Beat together Cream cheese and 3/4C P sugar until smooth (1min) Add 2 C heavy W Cream beat on high2-3 min until fluffy
