Salmon Spicy Baked

Ingredients
500 grams Salmon filets1 clove Garlic2 tablespoons Onion1 1/2 teaspoons Pepper; freshly ground3/4 teaspooons Paprika1/4 teaspoon Cayenne3/4 teaspoon Dried thyme1/4 teaspoon Salt1 1/2 tablespoons Olive oil
Directions
Combine all seasoning ingredients and spread over the surface of the salmon. Bake (skin-side down) in a 350 F oven for 20 - 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.

If you're grilling it, do so over high heat for 10 - 15 minutes depending on thickness. Do not turn the salmon over.

    I absolutely loved this recipe as a starter. I added finely chopped pecans and Parmesan cheese and a little soy sauce plus capers and some caper juice. Followed the baking instructions and Voila! A keeper, will make my version again. - 3/22/21
