Pork & Pineapple Kebabs

Ingredients
90 g. of lean pork4 cherry tomatoes1/4 green pepper60 g. of pineapple1/2 onion1 tsp of Olive oil
Directions
Cut the pork into 2cm (1") cubes. Push on a metal of wooden skewer (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes prior to using), alternating with vegetable slices and cubes of pineapple.
Brush lightly with the oil and cook under a pre-heated grill for 15-20 minutes, turning regularly to ensure even cooking.
Serve with rice.
