Florentine Tofu scrambled

Ingredients
oilchopped onionminced gingerchopped tomatochopped mushroomsqueezed and softly smashed tofuchopped spinach leavesturmeric powdersalt to tastecoriander powdercumin powderred pepper powder
Directions
Heat the oil and put onion in it. Cook it until the onions are light brown. Add ginger and tomato and turn the heat down.Cook for another minute and add mushroom, tofu, spinach and mix it well. Put salt, turmeric, red pepper, coriander and cumin powder. Cook it well in a low flame until the water dries out.
