0.50 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Olive Oil 300 grams Potato, raw
Choose new potatoes, cut larger in half and keep smaller whole. Toss with olive oil. line baking sheet with parchment. Roast in 200C oven for 10 to 20 minutes. Season with herbs or truffle salt.
