2 c. Whole Wheat Flour1/3 c. dark brown sugar packed3 1/2 t. baking pqwder1 egg3 T canola oil1 1/3 c skim milk1/2 c. raisins1 t. cinnamon
Mix dry ingredients then add to wet. Add raisins last and mix well. Then pour into lightly sprayed bread pan.
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
