Super Shred Curried Lentil (15 bean) Soup

Ingredients
*Goya 16 bean soup mix (dry), 1.50 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Swanson 100% Natural vegetable broth no msg, 4 cup (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
Directions
- Put beans in pressure cooker with water and little oil
- After 3 whistles let it sit to cool
- Add oil in another pan and sauté onions, garlic, and celery
- Add curry powder and stir
- Add vegetable broth and the beans
- Simmer for 25 minutes
