Ginger Softies

Ingredients
3 Cups Flour2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp Cinnamon2 tsp Ground Ginger1/2 tsp Ground cloves3/4 cup Margarine1 cup Brown Sugar, Packed1/4 cup Molasses (Blackstrap)1 Egg Medium
Directions
Beat Margarine. Add Brown Sugar, egg and molasses and beat well. Combine all dry ingredients, and stir. Add all at once to wet mixture. Shape into balls, roll in sugar. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Do NOT flatten.
Bake at 350F. for 8-10 minutes.
