Italian Chicken

Ingredients
6 pounds of boneless/skinless chicken meat2 16-ounce bottles of fat free zesty Italian dressing2 tsp of lemon pepper
Directions
Place the chicken pieces in the bottom of a deep roaster that has a covered lid (or large slow cooker works great, too). LIttle sprinkle fresh ground lemon-pepper over the chicken, turn pieces over, and coat the other side as well. Arrange evenly on the bottom of the roaster. Pour fat free Italian dressing over the chicken being careful not to wash the lemon pepper off the meat. Using a fork lift up the pieces and allow the dressing to flow into the nooks and crannies between the chicken.

Bake at 350 *F for 1 hour.
