Crockpot Breakfast Steel-cut Oatmeal

Ingredients
6 cups water2 cups fat-free milk2 cups uncooked steel-cut oats1/2 light brown sugar packed1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Put the water, milk, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in slow cooker, stirring to combine. Cook covered on low for 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 hours.
