walnut & yogurt bread

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups all purpose glour2 1.2 cups whole wheat flour1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts1/2 cup wheat germ1/2 cup sugar2 tsp salt2 envelopes quick-rising yeast1 1/2 cups water3/4 cups plain low fat yogurt1/4 cup margarine
Directions
Set aside 1 cup all purpose flour. In a large bowl, combine remaining all purpose four, whole wheat flour, walnuts wheat germ, sugar, salt and yeast. Heat water, yogurt, and buter in a small saucepan o low until hot but not boiling. Add to flour mixture, stiring to combine. Add enough of the reserved flour to make a stiff dough. Turn out onto a lightly florued surface and knead until smoothe and elastic, about 10 minutes. Divide dough into 2 balls. roll each into 12x8 rectangles. Starting at the short end, roll up and palce in greased pans. Cover, set in a warm place and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour). Bake at 400F for 25 - 30 minutes or until nicely browned.Trun out on to wire racks to cool. Makes 2 loaves of 15 slices each.
