Thai Shrimp and Green Beans

1 Tablespoon vegetable oil12 Large Shrimp2 cups fresh green beans2 teaspoon fish sauce1 tablespoon red curry pasteGarlic Chili pepper Sauce to taste -optional
Clean your green beans.
Over medium heat, add a tabelspoon of oil in a wok or pan. Drop curry paste in and stir to break it up. Add green beans and shrimp. Stir. (if you like your green beans a bit more done, wait to add the shrimp until the beans are to your liking) Add fish sauce. If you want spicy add the Garlic Chili sauce. Stir. Serve hot.
Can be served with rice.
