Low Fat Chocolate Cup Cakes

Ingredients
Cupcakes1 cup flour1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda3/4 tsp cinnamon1 1/4 cups sugar twin granulated brown2 eggs3 tbsp canola oil1 tsp vanilla1 cup fat free sour creamIcing1 cup powdered sugar3 tbsp cream cheese3 tbsp cocoa powder1 tbsp skim milk
Directions
Combine all cake ingredients in a bowl. Mix well or beat with hand blender for about a minute. Put into 10 muffin cups, and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
Make icing: combine icing ingredients in a bowl, cream and beat well, until smooth. Smear on top of cooled cakes.
Serves 10.
